01 The gap
You remember the face. You forget the number they said.
Business runs on recall. The follow-up that lands is the one that names the thing they actually care about: the budget cycle, the new CFO, the worry they mentioned in March.
An address book was never built to hold that. It holds a phone number and a job title that went stale two roles ago, and it has no idea you ever spoke.
A CRM will hold it, but first it wants a pipeline stage, an owner and a deal value. So the sentence you needed to write never gets written.
02 The record
Every conversation, filed against the person.
Open a contact and the history is in order: the coffee after the panel, the call about the offer, the thing they said about March. Company, role, how you met, a photo and your own notes sit above it. Fix a typo two months later without deleting the person and everything you knew about them.

- Tags with colours. Client, prospect, the conference you both went to. Filter the list by any of them.

03 Capture
Log it while you walk to the car.
The note that never gets written is the one that needed a keyboard. Tap record, say what happened, pick the person, save. The whole thing takes about as long as describing it did.
Dictation uses the speech recognition your phone already has. iConnect never records or keeps the audio, only the words.

04 Recall
Search that reads your notes.
You remember the topic, not the name. Type a word from the conversation and the conversation comes back, not just a list of people it might have been. Titles, notes and locations are all searched.
Names tolerate a misspelling. Search "meyer" and Anna Meier is offered anyway, rather than an empty screen telling you nobody by that name exists.

05 Timing
Follow up before it goes cold.
Set a date and one line about what it is for. iConnect notifies you at a time of day you choose, so reminders arrive when you can act on them rather than at midnight.
Anything due sits at the top of the home screen until it is dealt with. The people you owe something to are the first thing you see.
- One reminder time. Set it once in Settings and every follow-up honours it.
- The note travels with it. The notification says what the follow-up is about, not just who it is with.
06 Privacy
Nothing leaves your phone.
There is no server behind this app. Everyone you add and everything you write stays on your phone and is never uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to. No account, no login, no analytics, no ad tracking.
The one exception is whether your subscription is active, which the app store handles anonymously, without your name or anyone in your list attached to it.

Billed through your app store account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices in Swiss francs; your store shows the equivalent in your own currency.
09 Questions
Before you download it.
Is my data really only on my phone?
Yes. Everything you enter is saved on the phone itself. There is no server to sync it to and no account it could be attached to. The privacy policy says the same thing in more detail.
What happens to the audio when I dictate a note?
iConnect uses the dictation your phone already has, and gets the words back as text. Depending on your device, language and settings, Apple or Google may handle that audio on the phone or on their own systems, under their privacy policies. iConnect itself never records or keeps the audio.
What do I lose on the free plan?
A cap of 25 contacts, and importing from your address book. Conversations, voice notes, tags, search, reminders, backup and export all work on the free plan without limits.
Can I get my data out again?
Settings, Export data saves every contact and conversation as a single file you can send to yourself or keep anywhere. You can restore from it later, either adding to what is there or replacing it. iConnect is also included in your normal iCloud or Android device backup.
Does it sync between my phone and my tablet?
No. Everything lives on one phone. To move it, export it there and restore it on the other device. If you need your record on two phones at once, this is not the app for you.
Is there an Android version?
iOS is on the App Store today. The Android version is in preparation. Write to the support address if you want a note when it lands.
Which languages does it speak?
English and German, both complete: interface, dates, notifications and the onboarding. It follows your system language and can be switched by hand in Settings.
